Quality of the pump, glass containers (including the lid), thickness of the bags and one-way valve on the bags are first class, excellent German engineering and Chinese quality assembly, zipper in "AKTUELL" "bags are another story, once sealed they seem to hold the seal but 80% of the time they don't seal on the first try and I suspect the sealing ability wears off with each use. The reason I say "ACTUAL" packs is that the packs currently for sale are different than the packs pictured. I suspect the bags pictured were more expensive to produce and the zippered portion was redesigned to be more economical. ,, the bags shown are (I think) made of a different material, this is very noticeable because the bags in the photo are black zippers, the zipper on the actual bag is transparent, and the zipper looks like they are made of the same Material like the rest of the bag. Overall I like the product and will continue to use it but I plan to try what a few other reviewers have done and buy some cheaper bags from other brands, Food Saver seems to be the brand that comes up the most, and if Gemini starts to see a drop in sales of their packaging, they may decide that the new, cheaper packaging wasn't the best business decision for them and go back to the original design, they have a great product that's in an easily fixable " vulnerability” suffers. The company's view of its customers becomes obvious when they just change the image of the bags. Do you list twin?
