The best thing about sinc is that it's easy to use, even for beginners like me! It has all of my contacts already set up so I can just start sending messages out right away instead of having to go through each contact individually looking them up first. There are several different ways you could customize your account depending upon what features/applications they want (e-mail marketing tool). You also have access to their API which allows other applications such as Zapier integration with tools we don't offer yet but would be great if implemented someday. We're able to send text message reminders via SMS without using any additional programs by integrating directly into Salesforce CRM system where users signup themselves after being contacted from us.
