Excellent Customer Service Platform

The Sinch software is very easy to customize and implement, and the team is always available to respond to any issues you may have. Very helpful and knowledgeable team. Sinch also has a very good mobile app, which is free to use, and easy to integrate with the Sinch service. I really can't say anything specific, since I have not had any problems, but I would highly recommend others consider trying the platform! Great solution when trying reaching people in sales force

The best thing about sinc is that it's easy to use, even for beginners like me! It has all of my contacts already set up so I can just start sending messages out right away instead of having to go through each contact individually looking them up first. There are several different ways you could customize your account depending upon what features/applications they want (e-mail marketing tool).
