The Sinch software is very easy to customize and implement, and the team is always available to respond to any issues you may have. Very helpful and knowledgeable team. Sinch also has a very good mobile app, which is free to use, and easy to integrate with the Sinch service. I really can't say anything specific, since I have not had any problems, but I would highly recommend others consider trying the platform! The benefits of using Sinch are the ability to easily communicate with your entire customer base. With one click of a button, you can send out an automated message to your customers, using the native app. This is a great feature, as it does the work for you. It also helps you to easily build and track your campaigns. I like that it is easy to use, very intuitive and has all of my favorite features from other chat applications. The UI can be improved but everything else seems great! If you want an excellent customer service app with many integrations this one does not disappoint! It's so simple to get started using! We are able to easily integrate with our website as well as 3rd party apps. This helps keep us organized.
