As viruses seem to be able to live on the surface of a smartphone, it has become necessary to clean smartphones every time you leave the house. To simplify the process, I bought this so-called waterproof case. I've owned this item since May 26th, but I'm only out a few times due to the coronavirus pandemic, so I don't use it that often. When I first received the product I followed the instructions to test it before using it with my phone. Initially the product actually worked and I foolishly believed it would stay that way. I recently noticed that the JOTO package opens in the lower left corner. Someday, when I got home I washed my JOTO bag but then I noticed there was liquid in the JOTO bag and on my iPhone (thank god my phone still worked after that). Now imagine using this "waterproof bag" in the pool when you give the product description. I don't know what could have caused this problem with the product as neither the product description on Revain nor the instructions that came with it stated how the JOTO bag could have been ripped open. Maybe they gave me a defective product, I don't know. The product didn't cost much but it seems cheap because it didn't last more than a month and with minimal use.
