Stuck nut on U-bolt threads.
FIRST TIME INSTALLATION! He walked easily and secured the hitch surprisingly well. BUT when I tried to take it off, one nut came loose slightly, the other caught on one of the lock washers and then all together on the U-bolt. I had to use a cutting washer on the nut to try to salvage the U-bolt but damaged the threads too badly. Too bad it looked like a nice product. Stainless steel is a soft metal, so be careful when tightening. The return was processed immediately.
