The most helpful thing about this software is its ability for you can see your patient's reviews or comments from other patients as well which gives us more insight into their experience with different doctors/medical professionals they've seen so far! Honestly I don't think there are any downsides at all because everything works perfectly fine when using them (I'm not sure if maybe some minor bugs here &there but nothing major). It really helps out by giving me insights regarding my own practices. I like being able see where my patients are coming from by state/city when reviewing their information as well if they do not fill out paperwork or upload records with us then sometimes you can't look at all this info but i love knowing what city etc is giving me results so far! nothing really specific dislike about anything yet its pretty easy for your staff member who has used other systems before learning new things here too.
