Great tool to help get feedback and better quality of care

The most helpful thing about this software is its ability for you can see your patient's reviews or comments from other patients as well which gives us more insight into their experience with different doctors/medical professionals they've seen so far! Honestly I don't think there are any downsides at all because everything works perfectly fine when using them (I'm not sure if maybe some minor bugs here &there but nothing major). It really helps out by giving me insights regarding my own…

Healthgrades is a trustworthy resource for patient reviews. We've learned through experience that they are thorough in their research and not afraid to publish critical reviews. I think that they could be more transparent about their methodology for collecting and compiling reviews.
