The main reason I like most about this software is its ease of use, it's easy for new users as well because they have built in tutorials which guides you through every feature in an easier way compared to other softwares out there (eg WSO). It has many functions but my favorite ones are;1) Easy reporting2) Customization3) User interface4) Integration5) Support6) Dashboard7) Security & Tracking8.) API9) Reporting10) IntegrationsIt will take some time before your organization fully adapts itself using indgobal platform however we realized good improvement when used internally within few months after implementation by us.I would say ind global supports both BDC or CPM/CPT integration seamlessly without any issues at least what i experienced while working here. This helped me save lots of money from unnecessary cost as these were costly.
