Minor sanding work (sandboard nail file), OEM clutch attachment contact point needs sanding down. This allows the clutch lever to fully seat when released. This is necessary for the final adjustment of the clutch cable free play, 2-3 mm. Without removal, the clutch lever will not be under tension from the clutch spring, which will affect free play. This was reported by another Yamaha Tracer owner. In addition, the fit tolerances are surprisingly accurate compared to standard levers. After installation and adjustment, the levers were in excellent condition.
