Review on Microphone Compatible XAV AX1000 XAV AX5000 XAV AX7000 by Lucia Ingalls
Very quiet and has poor sound quality
Bought as a replacement for my Sony XAV-AX7000 and its terrible sound quality compared to the OEM all I get are complaints about how it sounds like I'm a mile away removed microphone and how static it makes. Do not recommend for something you will actually use. Spend a few bucks more and get an OEM.
