Review on 🚽 Clear Flush Valve Seal Kit for American Standard 7301111-0070A by Frank Tyrance

This is exactly what I needed, but when we first put it on I still had a "ghost" flush for an hour; not as much as before, which prompted me to swap, but "ghost water" is still flowing. Then I went back to Revain and read more reviews and when I did what the other two reviewers said it now works like a charm. (fingers crossed, no problems for 2 days.) Before you put it on, look for a very small stamped number on the filling; This number needs to be facing up (our plumber put it face down as we couldn't even see it so you'll need to check and know it needs to be facing up when installing) and then the second if you putting the black part of the screw back onto what holds the green part together under the gasket, you need to lift the bottom part up and while it's in the "up" position (my husband held it for me while I was doing the tightened the black screw) , screw the black screw part tight again. What a La! Combining the two seems to have solved our problem! Much luck.
