I bought this to modify the 4 bike rack popular at Revain. The device works, but you have to pay attention to the length of the hole for the coupling pin. The bike rack I received was too short and the end didn't fit this pin. I had to drill a new hole on the bike rack to the correct length. Please note this is not a device fault, I have modified it for a different purpose and the description states the length. The reason for the 4 stars is that the adjustment screw is a bad idea. Bouncing the metal coupler at the end of the screw will cause breakage and possible structural problems with what you're putting into it. You need to figure out how to add a small plate to the end of the screw or change the design. Otherwise I like it. This turned my cumbersome bike rack into a foldable bike rack.
