Some customers who received this mattress pad say that since opening the box it has never smelled. Others, like me, have toppers that still smell chemically even after they've been taken out of their boxes! I got this topper three weeks ago and it left my sheets and clothes smelling like chemicals. I aired it (without anything) for a few more days, after which there was almost no smell. I put the sheets back on it and slept on it last night. This morning the sheets and my clothes smelled like chemicals. So when I put something on it the chemicals get locked in and smell everything on it. I contacted Revain support and received a refund.
