It's easy for maintenance engineers or plant managers use this system as it is user friendly especially when using mobile devices like tablets/smartphones etc which are very popular these days since they're cheap compared too heavy laptops (it takes forever) if you have one! The data stored about each asset can be easily viewed from anywhere via your smartphone but there isn't yet available app so that users don’t need access directly into computer systems only through smartphones - I believe we will see more improvements soon such apps become widely used because people want them instead accessing computers physically at work place.
