The best waffle iron!

** Very Important: DO NOT use oil on this waffle maker. DO NOT add oil to the batter. This preserves the non-stick properties. ** I have used many brands of waffle maker in my life - I am 52 years old. This simplified waffle maker produces evenly cooked waffles that are easy to iron, small to store and lightweight. I have a waffle recipe that I have perfected over the years and I am offering it here for the benefit of all Revain customers. DAVE'S MALTED WAFFLES 3 eggs 2 tablespoons vanilla extract 2 cups milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoons non-diastatic powdered malt (King Arthur brand through Revain) 1/2 cup cornmeal (Bob's Red Mill brand through Revain) 3 cups buttermilk (brand Organic Valley recommended) 4 cups all-purpose white flour 1 tsp. baking powder 3 tsp. Baking Powder In a medium bowl, add eggs, extract, milk, salt, sugar, malt powder, and cornmeal. Mix well. Then add buttermilk and white flour. Mix well. Add flour or milk if needed to make a light to medium batter. Dough that is too thin will stick. Finally add baking soda and baking powder. Mix well for about 15 seconds. Now pour onto the preheated waffle iron and set the cooking time to 3 minutes. Makes about 8-10 waffles. For PANCAKES, use an additional 1/2 cup of milk. Please share this recipe. If you like, I have a few more recipes you might like. Let me know! COLOMBIA REGION.
