Does absolutely nothing but deflate. - no instructions included - it was easier to blow up the lungs. & I smoke. The pump was a little fiddly, but pumping up this useless thing is definitely not for someone with bursitis or rheumatoid arthritis like me - I'm not a coward but after 4 attempts to keep the air vent closed and 'opened'. I gave in. It popped up every time - with no pressure on the pillow or when I tried to raise my head I could actually hear the air coming out (lasted less than 3 minutes) I bought it hoping it would would help the person I care about; forget it! It would definitely blow one of our minds.
