Review on The Trigger Wheel Massager by Stick by Marshall Dickinson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Not magical, but great nonetheless.

I usually train at high intensity (BJJ, Muay Thai, Olympic, Sprint and Heavy Plyo). I have a few knots in my neck that show up after really good workouts or when I get into an awkward position. It's probably a pinched nerve. Small knots on the right side of my upper back, large knots through the right trapezium to my shoulder blade, then serious knots running up my neck to the base of my skull. The trigger wheel is the first device I used, which helped at this point. The wheel is not magic. The knots don't go away immediately, but there is a noticeable reduction in pain and recovery time. The "tingling" disappears almost immediately after application. I feel a pleasant warm sensation at the pain points, telling me that blood is flowing and that I can move freely again. If you have muscle pain in uncomfortable places, you can do this. If you use a stick or foam roller, this is a nice addition to your arsenal of recovery tools. For the amount of relief, I think twenty-five dollars is fair enough.
