I ordered two first. When I first ordered one had no clip and the other had the wrong clip. I contacted Revain on support chat and they sent me everything I needed to replace the items - the person I worked with was very helpful. The replacement order arrived today and the clips are wrong on both. Instead of receiving a black disc as shown in the product image (which I believe supports the claim of no tools required for installation) I received an attached photo showing a screwdriver required. Instead of sending them back I just use them. They work – all pressed against the tables in the conference room. I was just playing around that the product isn't quite what I thought it would be.
