Review on πŸ›΅ AUFER Chrome Detachable Backrest Sissy Bar Upright Passenger Backrest With Pad for Harley Touring Road King Street Glide Electra Glide Road Glide FLHR FLHX FLHT FLTR 2009-2020 by Dave Baker

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quick Install - Reliable - Convenient - Inexpensive (I had a quick install)

Read reviews on this sissy bar, pillow and stand, and reviews on any similar product. Weighed the pros and cons of the original Harley. Decided to bet on the non-Harley version of this AUFER model. I'm glad I did. Installed in a minute, looks great, solid mount nothing loose and the stand oh my god it could withstand a nuclear blast. I installed it on our 2019 Electra Glide Standard (FLHT) and it couldn't be a better fit. Just note that the front support notches on the sissy bar attach to the shock's quick-attach point, not the points on the quad. Couldn't be easier. The pad is good, but the clamp holding it to the sissy bar is pathetic. It works, but it's not as good as the real 2-pound bikes Harley offers. The stand easily fits into four quick-attach points. There are no tools. No trouble. No mess. The chrome on the pillar is particularly deep. I was a little confused by the weight of the stand, it weighs a ton. Thus, the product easily meets/exceeds expectations. For those complaining that the device doesn't fit snugly, I've had no problem. A sissy bar, pillow or stand will not move. And I saved $$$$$$ compared to the Harley version.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • I Won't Say Anything
