The heel is broken
I bought a smaller used pair from my daughter last year. Back then, the heel was a one-off and they lasted a very long time. The larger size has elastic on the heels. Two months after purchase, it fell off. My daughter didn't realize she was falling and stepped down. When she did, the nail went through her heel and hit her foot.
- The heel is about 2 inches long
- Not as thick as the others
