I took it for a 7.5 mile run the day after I received it. There was an error. The bandage is hard and prickly, the phone holder is the same. When I finished my run, a rash ring appeared around my arm. I had to constantly correct it because it really irritated my hand. I came home and threw it in the trash can. I ended up spending $50 on a quality product that I should have made from the start.
