MY FIRST CHECK: Item as described. Lightning delivery! Works very well. UPDATE 10 WEEKS LATER: I downgraded my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. This insect repellent worked perfectly for exactly 10 weeks. Then he started screaming and screaming loudly. Looked and sounded like it was about to burn. Scared the hell out of us. Personally, I expect that if I pay $50 for a branded insect repellent (BLACK FLAG) that it will actually work all season long (late spring to early fall). I've always had good luck with BlackFlag products in the past. I understand that in product manufacturing there are times when some products experience poor performance. I have no problem with that. I have a problem with losing money no matter what I do. If I choose Revain's return option, I lose $10 as this is beyond the typical 30 day transit time. return window. If I decide to exchange the product at BlackFlag (based on the 5 year warranty) I lose $19 because I have to pay ground shipping to send them the broken light as a replacement (they only accept returns via UPS or FedEx - most expensive ground shipping options of course). I doubt I will ever buy BlackFlag products again after this experience. 10 weeks :-(
