I received the waist trimmer 2 weeks ago and have lost 4 pounds! I put the waist trimmer around my stomach which is very easy to put on! I put on my workout clothes and do my regular routine stretches sit-up and weights. Then I go on a 3-5 mile walk and don’t even know I am wearing it!
