Review on HRAPP by James Julien

As I work with HRApp on a daily basis I am very pleased with the product. The customer service is exceptional and they are always eager to offer suggestions. In terms of functionality I am excited about one function that is not available on some platforms. This functionality allows me to search and review all open positions for one position type. However, the search function does not allow me to search by date range. I'm very pleased with the product. I recommend it without hesitation. The ability to easily and securely store and access information in a central location. I like how it integrates with Outlook for time keeping which is convenient when you have multiple employees using different platforms or software types (Espresso). It's also easy enough so novices can use without getting overwhelmed by technical lingo of other more complex systems out there as well! There are some things we wish would be easier but overall great product - nothing in particular at this point because our needs haven't changed since implementing two years ago!!
