For the price it works more than well.

Wrapping your GoPro in this material will certainly help reduce wind noise, but to a degree. And the construction seems strong enough to withstand many donning and doffing cycles. For the price, however, it couldn't be better as a simple solution for using the GoPro in higher speed situations (in my case over 80km/h you'll still be drowned out by wind noise, but so will my own ears).
