Two years ago I bought this bag from Banuce. I love it. Look, feel, it was a good bag. The zipper on the bag recently broke and I've decided to buy another one. When I opened the package, I was surprised to find that one of the handles was sewn at the wrong angle. Firstly it doesn't look good and secondly if I had kept the bag the handle would eventually break from the extra stress of that handle. I am certainly disappointed. I don't know if the company has a quality control department checking their products and if they do they definitely missed the mark. Now I have to look for another brand. Also, be careful when returning. Because the bag is large, USPS charged me 19.00 for using the cheapest shipping option, but Revain only refunded 3.99. I had to contact Revain to correct the error and as always it was corrected and the remaining shipping cost refunded.
