These oxygen scavengers work just as well as others I've tried, but at a lower cost. None of them appear to have been "consumed" prior to arrival, which gives me confidence that this manufacturer knows how to make and maintain this product. They all came in one packet and I didn't need them all at once so I put the remaining packets in a glass jar. I used my vacuum sealer to remove the air from the can so the bags are less likely to use up some of their capacity and remove oxygen from the can I sealed them in. It was an economical choice for my long-term food storage.
- oxygen absorber has the best function to extend shelf life for oily foods and non-oily foods. It is necessary to use an anti-oil oxygen absorber when the food contains a lot of oil so that you can be sure that the oxygen absorber can absorb oxygen easily.
