The ability to track down problems that were previously unseen and unheard of. The ease of use and the fact that it has been easy for our IT department to learn how to manage their end. I believe there is some lag time while the data is being updated/processed. We are able to easily troubleshoot issues using the tool. The best thing I like about Micetro is that it has an advanced feature set which allows for a lot of customization. It also has a great pricing model. There are some features that could be improved but nothing major. I am solving problems related to network management, security and compliance.
