I bought my first one but it broke before the return time. I traded it in for another one thinking I just got a lemon. NOW the second one a few minutes ago is gone! TWO - NOT LEMON! I've had MILs for 20 years! BUNN is known for its quality. This stuff they sell is junk and I just got my bill to pay it! The people here who bought one and told you it would tear are telling you the TRUTH! You roll the dice on this one!
