Headband cannot be adjusted to fit regular or large heads. It hurts if you try to wear it for too long. Brightness is ok but ruins the headband. This is normal if you have a pinhead (small head). Now I have to return the ones I bought. I can't say how long the batteries will last. I couldn't bear to wear it for long. The battery capacity is quite small compared to other headlamps, 2200 mAh. The price was good, $8.49, so if you take it for that and you have a very small head, it's ok.
