My hair is too long (almost to my waist) and I'm tired of playing with it in bed. I thought the Alaska Bear Sleep Cap might be a great way for me to keep my hair out and keep it from frizzing as well. Soft and comfortable sleeping cap. The outside really looks like a hat, and the inside is 95% mulberry silk and 5% lycra. The interior is voluminous and accommodates a lot of hair. The first few times I tried it, the cap kept falling off while I slept. The strap wasn't tight enough to hold it on my head...and I didn't realize the cap was adjustable. The care sheet does not mention that the cap is adjustable or how to adjust it. In my opinion, this is a blatant omission. The fit is adjustable with an elasticated drawstring and button in the hat's headband. It's uncomfortable and difficult to fit a small button into the tiny gaps in the elastic. It is not possible to adjust the size in a cap, you will have to resize without it, check the fit and make other adjustments if necessary. Now that I've figured out how to keep it on my head, the cap keeps my hair in place while I sleep and also protects it from damage at night.
