I took a 1TB 2.5 hard drive from a friend's PS4 to replace with a 2TB so I bought this to fit in. After reformatting I used it to back up my PS4 so I could replace the hard drive and between backing up 500GB of information and restoring it to PS4 it held up so I bought another one so I have one now 500 GB and 1 TB external hard drive. I have several laptop hard drives so I will definitely be buying a few more to use these old hard drives. To update. I had a 150GB hard drive that she needed at home so I bought another one. I bought 3 of them so they are definitely worth it.
