I heard about it from Kelly Driscoll on YouTube; She specializes in Korean/Japanese skincare. I have very sensitive, dry, dehydrated skin and my skin has had no negative reactions to this product. It's like water but gives my skin some much needed hydration but not on the same level as a moisturizer. I use it as a second tonic/essence. Depending on the needs of my skin, I can use it once or several times before all serums and moisturizers without any problems. The bottle is big so it's worth the money.
