you'll be better off understanding what it is. If you think of this as glue you will be disappointed. Think of it like liquid plastic that hardens for you once you apply it. It's not glue. Yes, it will stick to some surfaces, but if you rely on it, you'll likely be disappointed. Rough, clean surfaces that offer some "tooth" work much better than smooth surfaces of any kind. If you can instead mold it around what you want to attach and then cure it, it will lock into place and be strong be. (considering it's mostly plastic). He really needs something to fix on, on, or around himself. Also, build it up in layers - the UV needs to reach the liquid to cure. Too much thickness at once, and the bottom liquid will not receive UV and solidify. They say a few millimeters - so 1/16" or so per layer. You can't apply and cure a large bead, think layers. It sticks to itself very well.
