I also used a gray Wegner backpack from Swiss. It was a heavy duty backpack and lasted about four years. But then the straps started to fall apart. So I ordered this because of all the improved features and damn I'm glad I did! Let's start with the color, it looks so good! The bag feels strong and durable, but is comfortable to carry every day at university. It's a lot thinner than the Wegner I had. It was wide and seemed a bit bulky. This one can carry more than that one and still feel great. The extra side pocket that slides out is a big plus because I can put gum in it. Side loading is also a plus.
