1500 watts no heat, waste of money, disabled and can't return this unpackaged junk.

I don't like the fact that I unpacked this heater in which I have no opportunity to return it. Terrible, not hot. How can you heat a small room or enclosed space with a heater that doesn't give off heat? I feel like I've just wasted my money when I really needed a heater to put 1500 watts of heat in an enclosed bedroom.
