I was so hoping they would return them but I didn't have time so we got them my husband was so excited as it was a Christmas present and he had to try them out, put batteries in and then they turn on and off immediately, flash blue about 5 times and turn off, they're far from waterproof as I've worn them in the rain and my hands were cold and wet, and I've tried different batteries so I know that's not the problem. I tried changing the batteries, maybe they were on the wrong side, that didn't work either. I've tried everything I can think of to get these things working and nothing has worked, they even sent me this Revain gift card to ask for $30 if I give them a five star rating. I'm sorry but I have to give up $30 because I can't give five stars if it's not worth it. I gave the fat ones five stars just because they suspect they are fat but they didn't keep me warm they didn't keep it warm and they don't turn on so I even bought them to keep them so warm to keep , not worth the money in my opinion.
