Great Platform & Fantastic Customer Service

I like how easy it is for my employees to use this platform without having any training required. It's also very user friendly which makes them more likely to respond quicker when there are issues that need attention. The customer service has been subpar at times which causes confusion in making sense out of what they're saying. At times its hard for one person to manage everything that comes up while still keeping focused on their own job duties. We have used other platforms but we were always looking into switching once they stopped supporting our version or upgraded us for free. This was a great decision! Our team is able to be kept updated about pending projects/orders via email notifications so no wasted time waiting for an update from another member of staff.

  • Not only do these features make using alpega simple , however as mentioned above i find myself constantly checking emails because information regarding orders often gets passed over quickly due too lackl
