I bought these for my little brother because he has been trying to find a clear red ball for years. He is autistic and is particularly interested in balloons. When the balloons arrived I noticed that one of the balloons was completely broken. At first I thought it happened along the way, but I saw that a lot of the other balls had scratches. Between this and the dirty packaging, I'm disappointed. I'm giving 3 stars because most of the balloons were fine (I counted 12 with scratches, 1 broken, 46 in good condition) and at least my brother still has some good red balloons.
