Was a good gift for my girlfriend. It's very easy. The only thing my girlfriend complained about is the smell. It smells very unpleasant and not pleasant at the beginning and end of the vapor. Overall this is a "good" product but I wish the manufacturer would fix something inside the vaporizer as most of the time you can't even breathe while vaping your face because it causes a bad cough. She loves the three extra accessories that allow her to put on her face mask and hold up her hair. If only the smell wasn't on the steamer this would be a great and amazing product. By the way, steam can last up to 6-8 minutes.
