The service was fine but the fit and fittings were disappointing. Electric gliders have a slightly thicker strap that goes under and along the standard seat to the Touring Pack. This fit is so tight that the tight fit will somewhat pinch or pinch the wiring harness. If you're using it for a single seat rather than a touring pack then that might be fine, but newer touring bikes don't have as much room under the seat as there used to be. This limits the space needed to roll up the touring backpack harness and get it out of the way. The seat is good, but didn't fit my purpose.
