Review on OxyLED Tap Lights: Rechargeable Dimmable 20-LED Wireless Mirror Lights for Hallway, Bathroom & Bedroom by Onur Donovan

I bought this light to light up my desk as I usually use the backlight when Zoom needs to work. It came with a small battery left so I was able to use it right away. Unfortunately, when it lost its charge, I was unable to recharge it. Normally, the small indicator that lights up when connected to the network changes color from red to blue after a successful charge. After countless attempts and multiple outlets, I have not been able to get a full charge or a full charge. That's when I emailed OxyLED's customer service and they couldn't have been more helpful. Melody sent me a replacement without hesitation and checked me all the way, even making sure my new product worked and I was happy. It was a wonderful experience. The new light works great and I am very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!
