Ordered a set of two strings. We've been using the first string for a few weeks now and it's great. I attached a second thread to it and finished the install and both fuses blew immediately. Ordered replacement fuses ($10) and tried again. 1st string ok, 2nd string fuse, plug in and click, both fuses blown. It looks like I have a line that is short. There is no response from the seller but I figured out the replacement myself. (Ordered another string and returned the bad one). The new string is ready for use. (Note that the strings weren't tight or twisted. I've been an electrician for 16 years and know the cable limitations). In working condition these lights are pretty awesome and great value. Only 3 stars due to lack of response from seller. We'll see how long they last, but so far so good. Update: The seller came back with me after about 3 weeks and offered to help. The gesture is welcome but no longer needed. 5 star product, 2 star customer service response time. I am leaving a 3 star rating consistent with my experience but if I needed more bulbs I would buy them again.
