Not great, just ok.

When I first took the lid off the packaging, I was disappointed. The fit seems good and allows for adjustments, but the material itself feels very thin and isn't really designed for weather protection, especially in heavy rain or now. It looks like tent material, not canvas like it may appear in the photos. I wouldn't call it waterproof any more than your skin "resists" water. So it's okay, and certainly better than nothing, but considering the $28 price tag, I'm not thrilled. Can send back.
