I like that this service is cheap (as compared with other registrars).

It's also very simple - just fill in some info about who owns what domains & click'register'. They don't have any extra features or tools/apps available which are useful if they're looking at getting more customers onboarded into their platform. The only thing i dislike slightly was having my credit card information stored by them without me knowing until later when we tried transferring our own website away! We were using GoDaddy but found ourselves spending too much time managing all of those accounts so decided instead go through another provider where everything can be managed easily via one account rather than many different ones elsewhere.
