Poor heat dissipation
When transferring data at full speed (10Gbps), you cannot sustain that speed for more than 5-10 minutes before the drive and case heat up and the chokes. At this point, the case is hot enough that you don't want to touch it. I wouldn't recommend if you're moving more than 50-100GB at a time.
