The epilator was delivered the next day after ordering. New packaging, never opened. The device is new. I put it on charge, but it does not turn on and does not work without charging. The courier did not give any documents in his hands, the book was not filled inside. Charging did not turn on for more than two hours. I thought that I would have to somehow return it back, then suddenly a click was heard, charging started. Maybe this is how it should be, but the instructions indicate that it should turn on immediately. Discharges quickly enough, even if it just lies fully charged. I think it's a battery problem. I like the epilation itself, this is the second brown device I have. The first one has been working on batteries for 10 years without any complaints.
