I wish I had looked more closely
Sizing is correct in the post but I didn't pay much attention to it when purchasing. It works really well, I made sauerkraut the day after I got it and it turned out great! I was not deceived, but inattentive. I would like 3-4 times more. To be clear, I am 47 years old and have been a professional chef since high school. So. I'm used to cooking things in bulk. If you're fermenting a small number of things, or maybe want to test recipes, this is perfect.
