Wanted to add some color to my dark brown black hair. It showed up quite well depending on how much you apply. I don't have much, but enough to be visible both in the sun and indoors. It was very good and people noticed and praised me for it. I applied the colored wax to my slightly damp hair as if I had literally just spritzed it around quickly with a spray bottle of water and applied the wax where I wanted. After that, to help him not rub off on anything. Well it's so easy to rub off I have to say I applied a styling mousse over the wax or in some places I mixed the wax and the mousse in my hands and applied and it helped the color to set. I had little if any wipe, when there was wipe it was almost a barely perceptible hint of color on my hands when I was actually touching my hair with a lot of pressure. Overall this wax did what it was supposed to do, washes out well and the purple looked great on my hair. I was pleased.
